We have worked for ourselves and others. Now, we are here to help you to do the same. We take no salary or any other form of compensation to help our clients. Free Counseling - One-on-one support
Perhaps the most valuable work SCORE does starts when you come in for counseling. You'll get straight-from-the-shoulder wisdom that puts you on the right path toward the future you're working for. You will benefit from our personal experiences, and you can keep coming back for more as long as you need the help.

Business Plans
Every successful business has a well developed, forward focused business plan. For most budding entrepreneurs developing the business plan is usually the most difficult job to tackle. At SCORE Chapter 20 we are prepared to help you develop a comprehensive business plan. We have some special work tools that will help simplify the process.

On-site Counseling for Operating Businesses
Sometimes, it is difficult to just talk about issues. SCORE Chapter 20 members are ready, willing and able to move on site to review the problems of an operating business.

Business Information Center
At both our main offices at 10 Causeway Street and at the Boston Empowerment Center the S.B.A. has installed a business information center. Each of these modern facilities maintains a bank of computers with up-to-date software to help you make a business plan. There is a large collection of videotapes, books, and a wide range of business publications and binders with detailed models of companies such as a sub shop, electronics firm, furniture store, and clothing factory just to name a few.
