Greening Our Meeting
We will use this event to pilot our upcoming guidance on calculating greenhouse gas emissions from events and conferences. We also plan to minimize our environmental footprint wherever possible through coordination with The Drake Hotel, our conference planners, and through the green initiatives of the city of Chicago. We will be providing electronic meeting materials on this Web site, encouraging the use of public transportation, and reducing waste.
Meeting Overview
Climate Leaders Partners Meetings are held approximately every nine months to provide Partners of EPA’s Climate Leaders program with peer exchange, recognition, program information, and updates on pressing climate change issues. Prospective Partners and representatives of other organizations interested in corporate climate change management are welcome to join us.
